Matt has always had a passion for contracting and after working in the industry for 7 years, he’s been slowly building on a fleet of machinery and with the help of partner Laura, he’s finally branched out away from employers and has set up Woodlea Contracting.

Our aims differ slightly from many contractors, we’re wanting to remain a smaller business, focusing on lifestyle blocks and providing a quality, friendly service that clients can rely on.

We are 1 or 2 contractors in the Wairarapa that offer mini baleage. In addition to this, we also offer conventional and round hay, and round baleage.
